Struggling With Focus, Emotions, or Behavior?
Whether you’re a parent noticing changes in your child, a teen feeling overwhelmed, or an adult trying to make sense of lifelong patterns—you’re not alone.
Do any of these sound familiar?
Why is school getting harder? Why do I lose track of things constantly? Why do my emotions feel so big—or so numb?
Why do I keep hearing, “Just try harder” when I’m already trying my best?
Maybe you (or your child) feel stuck, frustrated, or misunderstood—and you’re looking for answers.
The Good News: Support Is Out There
ADHD, anxiety, and emotional challenges can look different at every age—whether it’s meltdowns and shutdowns in childhood, social struggles in the teen years, or burnout and executive functioning challenges in adulthood.
Our therapists are trained to spot what’s going on beneath the surface and work with you to build skills, confidence, and emotional clarity.
ADHD Treatment for Adults and Children: How We Support Focus, Regulation & Daily Functioning
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
CBT is a powerful tool for people of all ages. It helps you understand how your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors are connected. Whether you’re facing anxiety, low self-esteem, or unhelpful thought patterns, CBT teaches practical strategies to reframe and cope in healthier ways.
Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)
DBT is especially useful for intense emotions, impulsivity, or difficulty regulating feelings. We teach mindfulness, emotion regulation, and distress tolerance skills—tools that support both kids and adults in staying grounded, even when things feel overwhelming.
Play Therapy
For younger children, play is their natural language. In play therapy, kids explore emotions and experiences through games, storytelling, and creative expression. It’s a gentle and effective way for children to process feelings and develop coping skills in a safe space.

How do I know if therapy is the right next step?
Whether you’re noticing changes in your child’s mood or behavior, struggling with your own focus or emotions, or feeling stuck in daily life—therapy can help. If school feels overwhelming, relationships are hard, or your thoughts are tough to manage, it may be time to check in with a professional. You don’t have to figure it all out alone—therapy is a safe place to explore what’s going on and what might help.
Can my family be part of the process?
Yes. For kids and teens, involving caregivers can be an important part of support. Your therapist might invite a parent to join for part of a session, provide updates, or offer tools to use at home. For teens and adults, involving a partner or family member is always your choice—it can be helpful, but it’s never required. You get to decide what feels right and who is part of your journey.
What happens in the first session?
The first session is all about getting to know you. Your therapist will ask about what’s been going on lately, your goals, and anything you’d like support with. For kids and teens, we’ll also spend time building trust and making sure they feel safe and understood. For adults, it’s a chance to be heard without judgment. This meeting is relaxed, low-pressure, and focused entirely on you.
